Victoria and Emma bring together many years of experience in administration, organisation and event management, along with a shared passion for supporting and uplifting the Virtual Assistant community.
Victoria launched Dream PA in 2021 and Emma founded The Busi Bee in 2022 - both businesses built on a commitment to high-quality support and strong professional values.
Inspired by the incredible events and industry gatherings they’ve attended over the years, the pair recognised the power of community, collaboration and continual learning within the VA world. This spark led them to create The Manchester VA Conference, an exciting new event designed to bring VAs together, share knowledge and celebrate a fast-growing, ever-evolving industry.
Both founders are committed to ongoing learning, development and staying ahead in this dynamic space. Their goal is to create a welcoming, inspiring environment where Virtual Assistants can grow, connect, and thrive.
